The Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the merger of Exelon Corp. and Pepco Holdings, Exelon said on Tuesday. The Tennessee Valley Authority’s Watts Bar Unit 2 plant is in the final phases of construction, and a TVA official recently said it is on track to be the first new nuclear plant of the 21st century.
