Alliant Energy Corp. said on Monday that Deborah Dunie and Thomas O'Toole have been selected to serve on the company's board of directors.
Dunie has
served as vice president and chief technology officer at CACI
International, an information solutions company. She worked with the
company between 2006 and 2014. In the past, she has worked with the
Department of Defense in the Office of the Secretary of Defense on
information policy. She also has worked with private-sector companies
such as Raytheon, Oracle and General Electric.
Currently, O'Toole serves as senior vice president, chief marketing officer and president of MileagePlus under United Continental Holdings, a global air carrier. O'Toole has worked with MileagePlus for five years, following a 13-year period of managing marketing for Hyatt Hotels Corp., where he also served as chief marketing officer.

"Deb's proficiency in the cybersecurity and IT areas and Tom's proven business leadership and marketing experience will make them valuable board members. At Alliant, Dunie will serve on the Compensation and Personnel Committee and the Safety, Environmental, Policy and Operations Committee. O'Toole also will serve on the Safety, Environmental, Policy and Operations Committee, as well as the Audit Committee.
