An International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) expert mission will announce the results of the two-week Integrated Regulatory Review Service (IRRS) of Hungary’s nuclear regulatory systems at a press conference in Budapest on Friday.
Scheduled to speak at the press conference at the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority (HAEA) are HAEA General Director Gyula Fichtinger; Grzegorz Rzentkowski, IAEA director of the Division of Nuclear Installation Safety, Department of Nuclear Safety and Security; and Michael Johnson, deputy executive director for Reactor and Preparedness Program, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and IRRS mission team leader.
