Horizon Nuclear Power is inviting people to attend its next monthly Open Surgery in Cemaes Village Hall.

Open Surgeries provide a more general opportunity for locals to drop-in and talk to the Horizon team about a wide range of subjects connected to the Wylfa Newydd Project. The Open Surgeries take place each month in locations across Anglesey.

Horizon’s Stakeholder Relations Manager Richard Foxhall said the public events it had been holding across the island over the last few weeks were very well attended.

“We’re enjoying the opportunity to share details on a wide range of subjects from landscaping on site to how and where we might accommodate construction workers,” Foxhall said. “Our Open Surgeries continue, too, and we’re looking forward to being back in Cemaes next Monday.”

Horizon also organized consultation events at the Celtic Royal Hotel, Caernarfon, Feb. 24 and St. Mary’s Church Hall, Conwy, Feb. 25.

Project information can be found at www.horizonnuclearpower.com/consultation. The closing date for feedback on Horizon’s current proposals is March 24.
