Entergy said this week that it has appointed Charles Hall vice president of power-plant operations for its Mississippi unit.

A Little Rock native, Hall studied business administration at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, then began working at White Bluff Plant in 1981, where he spent over 10 years working in plant operations. Prior to this latest promotion, Hall was working as plant manager at Gerald Andrus Power Plant in Greenville, Mississippi.

“I am excited to see Charles in this important position,” Haley Fisackerly, Entergy Mississippi’s president and CEO, said. “He is a proven leader and has a tremendous knowledge of the business and Entergy Mississippi’s fleet of generation plants. Charles and his capable team of employees at our generation plants across the state do amazing things to keep our power plants running efficiently, providing our customers with affordable and reliable electricity.”
