Alldred, Dyke join Centrus as senior vice presidents

Kevin Alldred and Elmer Dyke have been appointed to serve as Centrus Energy Corp. senior vice presidents of business strategy and business operations, respectively, the corporation announced Tuesday.

Centrus is a supplier of enriched uranium for use in commercial nuclear reactors.

Daniel Poneman said. “With our vision of making Centrus a trusted and reliable nuclear fuel and services provider in the coming years, their intimate knowledge of the industry and the market will make them a valuable addition to our management team.”

Dyke will be leading the low enriched uranium (LEU) business unit that will entail sales, sourcing and delivery operations. Alldred will be tasked with leading the company’s effort in its strategic planning and the development of business and market opportunities through projects, contracts and alliances.

Both Alldred and Dyke have worked within the nuclear industry for approximately 30 years. Alldred’s most recent post was with the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) LEU Bank as its project manager. Dyke most recently served as the vice president of sales for NAC International.
