A third-party Technical  Validation Report has been completed on the low-energy nuclear reaction (LENR) Hydrogen Hot Tube (HHT) Boiler System reactor core modules from Brillouin Energy Corp., the Berkeley, California-based clean-technology company said on Tuesday.

The report was prepared by Michael Halem, a technical investigator, who directed tests on the HHT prototype systems, and 95 channels of data were recorded and investigated. Halem directed the technical staff of the company and its research partner, Stanford Research Institute (SRI) International.

"I was given full access to the experiments," Halem said. "I was able to confirm, with a high degree of confidence, excess energy output above chemical (capabilities) and likely due to a nuclear reaction."

The company said results were consistent and that the HHT is expected to be scalable in a reactor system. This report has been peer-reviewed by Antoine Guillemin, who has a doctorate in building physics and a master’s degree in nuclear physics, and is a technical colleague of Halem's.

Last month, the company’s HHT and WET Boiler systems were showcased at a congressional event.
